RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of a product purchased from the Lyn Roma website you may return your product within 30 Days of the purchase for a refund.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment.
Return policy ONLY applies to purchases made on lynroma.com
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a manufacturing defect or damage.

Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and include your order number. If your return is a matter of style selection you are responsible for the return shipping.
The return shipping address will be provided with the RMA form. Please ship the product in its original packaging (if available) along with the RMA to our location.

For Damages

Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please include order number and a photo of your damaged item in your inquiry.
The return shipping address will be provided with the RMA. Please ship the product in its original packaging (if available) along with the RMA to our location. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label for your return and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Lyn Roma reserves the right to deny any return without the required Return Merchandise Authorization form.

Exceptions to the Return Policy
Custom designed products are not eligible for a refund once the custom design mockup has been approved by the customer.
Product showing excessive wear and tear and/or product that has been damaged/soiled after purchase is not eligible for refund.
